I did it – passing my Level 3 apprenticeship at Simply Hire Ltd!

Hi everyone – it’s Charlotte here.

I’m beyond excited to share that I’ve officially completed my Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship – and I passed with flying colours. It still feels a bit surreal saying it out loud, but wow… what a journey it’s been.

When I first joined the Simply Hire team, I honestly didn’t know what to expect. I was eager to learn, ready to roll up my sleeves, and slightly nervous about stepping into a busy hire business. Fast forward and here I am – qualified, confident, and feeling really proud of how far I’ve come.

What it’s been like

Let’s just say – no two days are ever the same at Simply Hire. From organising bookings and handling customer queries to getting stuck into the behind-the-scenes admin that keeps things ticking – I’ve had my hands full in the best way.

I’ve learned a tonne about how the business runs, but also about myself – how to stay cool under pressure, juggle tasks like a pro, and work as part of an amazing, supportive team. Oh, and I can now tell you more than you ever thought you’d need to know about portable toilets and welfare units!

Support that made all the difference

A massive shoutout to the team here – you’ve been absolutely incredible. From patient mentoring to the endless encouragement (and the occasional tea run when I was buried in coursework), I couldn’t have asked for a better place to grow.

It wasn’t always easy – there were deadlines, exams, and moments where I had to dig deep – but having people around me who genuinely cared made all the difference.

What’s next

Now that I’ve ticked the apprenticeship box, I’m buzzing to keep learning and growing with Simply Hire. There’s still so much I want to achieve, and I know I’m in the right place to do just that.

To anyone thinking about doing an apprenticeship – go for it. Seriously. It’s a brilliant way to get real-world experience, build your skills, and come out the other side with a qualification you’ve properly earned.
