A DAY IN THE LIFE OF OUR SENIOR HIRE CONTROLLER, ELOISE NORTH

If you’ve ever given Simply a call you’ll probably already be familiar with our friendly Senior Hire Controller, Eloise North. As an important figure within the Simply family, not only does Eloise brighten up the office with her funny and bubbly personality, she is also one half of the dynamic duo who ensure the smooth running of the Hire Desk.

In her day to day role you’ll find Eloise working closely with our Customer Service Agent, Kayleigh speaking to our Drivers and making sure they have all the information they need whilst out on the road to complete our services in the most efficient way. Eloise is our organisation queen and as part of her role, plans the routes for the following days work to ensure the Hire Desk runs smoothly and all of our client requirements are met and expectations are exceeded – something we pride ourselves on.

Eloise joined the Simply team back in 2019 and it has been amazing to watch her grow in her role as well as become an integral part of the team. She’s been taking on more responsibility within the business and we can’t thank her enough for all of her amazing work. She is loved by everyone who works with her, the entire Simply team and of course our clients who liaise with Eloise for any enquiries they may have. Always with a smile on her face, this even shines through when Eloise is on the phone and her positive attitude is truly infectious.

Outside of work, Eloise’s life is family and friends orientated and her warm-hearted personality always shows in the office too…and she’s guaranteed to make you laugh. Since restrictions have been in place and Eloise has been unable to visit friends and family, you can often find her baking lots of lovely treats in the kitchen…yum!

Eloise is always one of the first to get stuck in to a new task and thrives on learning new skills and taking on new responsibilities within the business. As Simply continues

to grow, we can’t wait to see Eloise continue to grow from strength to strength. In the year she has been part of the team she has already consistently impressed us and we can’t wait to see this continue.

When we asked Eloise about her favourite part of working at Simply, she said that what she loves most is the people she works with. From all the office team, to the drivers and our clients, being surrounded by the Simply family makes Eloise enjoy coming to work every day and love her role.
