A Day in the Life of our Credit Controller – Sandra Blythe

Our Credit Controller, Sandra, has only been with the Simply team since March this year but in such a short amount of time she is already making an impact. 

As our Credit Controller, Sandra is a key player in our finance and accounting team and plays a critical role in our handling of financial responsibilities to ensure the smooth running of our business.  

Day to day, you will find Sandra allocating cash, recording and managing payments received and communicating with our valued customers to facilitate timely payments.  

Part of Sandra’s role also includes building strong customer and supplier relationships and with her kind and professional nature, it means that she is the perfect woman for the job. 

Sandra always gives 110% and we know that we can rely on her to provide our customers with an outstanding level of service as well as support Simply with its day to day running. Sandra’s expertise contributes to the overall efficiency, profitability, and stability of Simply and we are so lucky to have her on our team. 

The most important thing to Paul and I is that we create a supportive and friendly working environment. When speaking to Sandra about what she loves most about working at Simply, she said:

Sandra is based at our office in Rainham which we are proud to say is full of bubbly personalities, laughter and a supportive network of people.  

Looking ahead, Sandra is most excited about witnessing Simply grow and thrive and come along on the journey with us.  

When not excelling in her role at Simply, Sandra keeps busy with a range of hobbies and interests. Some of Sandra’s favourite pastimes include watching Formula One on the television and attending the live events! She also loves growing her own fruit and vegetables in her garden. This is something we admire as we have seen how much time and effort goes into growing the vegetables at Sarah’s Garden – next time we visit we will be sure to invite Sandra along to offer some her top tips to the children.
