A DAY IN THE LIFE OF HEAD OF SALES, SIMON FAAL

Our amazing Head of Sales, Simon, has been with Simply for two and a half years, and in that time he has been incredibly dedicated, passionate and hard working.

Day to day Simon is the main point of contact for our sales function and he works with our existing customers to maximise our services as well as building relationships with new customers to see how Simply can help them. He often travels around the South East visiting sites, showcasing our services from our tankers to our welfare cabins and getting to know our clients inside and out. Simon is a true people person and always goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is well taken care of.

This is even true within the office as Simon can often be heard suggesting a Nando’s on a Friday or using his King of banter title to keep us all laughing.

At Simply, it is so important that everyone is able to have a laugh and create long lasting friendships with their colleagues. When speaking to Simon about what he loves the most about working at Simply he said:

“For me, it’s the people that I work with. Every single team member is on hand to offer support and we are always able to have fun in the office. I also love that no two days are the same – it really makes for an exciting and challenging job!”

Creating a business where the team is a family was always a goal of mine and Paul’s, and actually Simon’s history with us goes back a lot further than just two and a half years as he has been best friends with Paul for 30 years.

Here at Simply, we always put our people first, which is why when we grow and expand, they grow with us. We were super proud to hear that Simon is most excited to play his part in the exciting and ambitious plans we have to build Simply in the future.

Simon is an incredible role model for the team and his insights are always so valuable to us. He is our right hand man and we are grateful for his support.
